The Courage of the Son – Part 1

This talk was recorded during Open Week 2008 at Cornerstone Community’s leadership school.

The speaker is Paul Roe.

Summary: The unwavering determination of Jesus to restore mankind – to model for them what they could and should be, and to break the power that is defacing the image of the Father in them. He is dedicated to establishing a kingdom under the strong hand of the Father.

Here I am in Tokyo, Japan in the morning of Dec. 10th. and I can hear Paul’s voice crystal clear over the internet! I’m glad that to enter the King
of God I’m not required to understand how this is done!

  2. Concerning this quote on fundamentalists it sounds more alike the AOG movement and the effect of a rather liberal or emerging church belief that uses non christian ideals. Where the advertising techniques of telling people what they want to hear or appealing to a persons lower nature in order to increase numbers or increase giving, supersede the message in the bible.

My big question is how can God take risks? If God can tell us the future how did he not know that Adam and Eve were going to eat the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil?
